Shipping and Returns

Currently, all orders originating from www.smithcreek.co (for North America) are fulfilled by Amazon (commonly referred to as FBA, or Fulfilled by Amazon).

For Amazon Prime customers, be sure to use the “Buy with Prime” link for eligible products.

When you click on a purchase link, whether Buy with Prime or FBA (non-Prime, but still Fulfilled by Amazon), you will be redirected to Amazon’s website to complete your transaction.

If you purchased your product through Amazon, in the event of a return claim, please follow the policies outlined on Amazon.com.

For products purchased outside the United States, please contact your original selling dealer or distributor for more information concerning your order.

In the event your selling dealer is not responsive, or if you feel your claim has not been handled to satisfaction, contact us at support@smithcreek.co.

If you have a question that is not addressed in the FAQs of Amazon’s shipping terms, please write to us at support@smithcreek.co for help, and we’ll do our best to get you sorted.

In the event of a quality issue or warranty claim, if within thirty (30) days of the original date of purchase, simply apply for product return via Amazon’s return process.

If your purchase is beyond the initial thirty (30) day Amazon return period but still within the product warranty period, please write to us at support@smithcreek.co. Once your claim is validated, we will promptly send repair parts or potentially wholly replace your Smith Creek product, depending on the circumstances.
